Hello and Welcome!
My name is RJ (known as Audio Jesus in the live world) and I'm an accomplished audio engineer with a vibrant journey through the world of live audio and sound design. My adventure began with a Bachelor's degree in Recording Arts, which led me to tour the US and Japan as an A1 for various musicals. Based in the heart of Seattle, I've dedicated over eight years to mastering the art of sound in diverse environments.
My Craft: My expertise lies in bringing stories to life through sound. Whether it's Sound Design for theater and digital media, Foley, Re-Recording, Post-Production, or Game Audio Implementation, each project is a new canvas for my creativity. I take pride in my versatility, offering services in Live Stream and Broadcast Audio, Live Sound, Podcast and Audiobook recording/editing, Mixing, Mastering, Music Composition, QLab Creation, and Remote Mixing. My journey through sound has been marked by notable projects, including sound design and post-production for Pokémon videos, a true highlight of my ability to create immersive audio landscapes. My Philosophy: Simplicity is at the heart of my approach. I believe that sound, in its purest form, tells a story. My goal is to unveil these stories, letting the authentic sounds captivate and immerse the listener. This philosophy has been my guiding star, whether I'm working on a theatrical production, a digital media project, or live events. Beyond the Studio: Outside the realm of professional audio, I find joy and inspiration in gaming and disc golfing. These passions not only offer relaxation but also fuel my creativity, providing a well-rounded balance to my life. Gaming opens my mind to new sound experiences, while disc golfing connects me with the natural rhythms of the outdoors. Let's Collaborate: I am always eager to embark on new audio adventures and collaborations. Whether you're looking for a sound expert to elevate your project or simply want to discuss the art of sound, I'd love to hear from you. Let's create something extraordinary together! |
